For some unknown reason I'm looking at this and thinking Alien Encounters – love it xx
I'm thinking somehthing a little sinister too. What a fabulous atmosphere you've created!
I'm getting a Dickensian vibe – lovely and spooky…
So Novemberish!
Spooky pic, love it! Also love the silent sunday – thanks for sharing
xx
Very atmospheric pic! I have actually managed not to put a single word in my post – v proud of myself! xx
It stuns your eyes to look at this. Really clever photograph!
I really should learn how to use my dSLR….
gorgeous photo as usual!
Have just added one but bear in mind it was taken on my Blackberry
It's a picture of my Tessie with two of her greyhound friends.
Love it…very chilly looking.
That's an excellent photo
I've added my link x
fab
makes me glad I'm looking at it while sitting on my sofa. brrr
I love this–but I dont see it as spooky. This is just this time of year–misty/foggy late afternoon evening, when dark comes early. Ive walked many paths in this kind of atmosphere (often with a pushchair as well!), in different parts of Britain. You've captured an evocative scene, that's for certain.
Believe it or not, I get nostalgic for chilly, foggy November evenins like this. This photo captures it perfectly, as well as that small thrill of anticipation in the air that comes with the smell of bonfires and piles of wet fallen leaves. It's that almost inaudible whisper saying "Christmas is coming!"
I guess you'd think me an ingrate if I was to say that I've had enough of the 20 degrees Celsius of the Athens Autumn, wouldn't you?
