Yes. You read correctly. Just when I think I have enough on my plate, I hear about something else which sounds BRILLIANT and decide to take it on.

Lady Tara Lara over at Sticky Fingers and I have concocted a teeny plan for Cybermummy 11 – we’re going to create a calendar featuring bloggers attending Cybermummy 11 NEXT SATURDAY (like, a week today. Squeee!!!) We’re kind of stumbling along blindly with our ideas (well I am anyway); having never done anything like this before, we’re not entirely sure of the logistics, and it’s a bit late, but you know, we’re gonna do it anyway. Cos that’s what we do, innit.
We’ve teamed up with online photo developing company Snapfish to produce a 2012 calendar with YOU in it, and 100 exclusive calendars will be available later in the year.
The months are sorted into categories; so for example, January would be “Foodies”, February would be “Craft Bloggers”, March might be “Dad Bloggers” and so forth. The categories we DO have to choose from are as follows:
Foodies
Crafters
Mums To Be/New Mums
Tweet Stars
Ex Pats
Dads
Writers
Entrepreneurs
New Comers
Photographers
Old Timers
To stop all potential arguments and people getting stroppy and demanding certain months and sneaking in and stuff make it easier, we are assigning the categories to various months. HOWEVER, you should know that there are going to be limited spaces for each calendar month, and it’s more than likely that this number will be around 10. There is also a closing date to submit your details – Wednesday 22nd June at 9pm. Any submissions AFTER then will not be able to join in I’m afraid.
All you have to do is send an email to stating your name, your blog and link, twitter id and which category you fit into on the calendar. If you don’t fit a category then don’t worry; lurk in line of my camera throughout the day and you might make it into the 12th month which is a collection of photos throughout the day.
Once the deadline has passed, we will contact those who have been selected randomly and give you all the details you will need to have your photo taken with your group. Each category photo shoot will be around 5-10 minutes, so anyone who misses it, misses out! Now go forth and email, yes?
